Cancellation Policy

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival

• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price when book on the website

• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Check-out until 11:00 AM

• WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge

• Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed)

• No Smoking and No Candles

• Pets are not allowed

• Flower pedals, bathbombs, spa bath soap of any kind or bubbles in the jacuzzi are not allowed

• Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, damages, or breakage of Mountain View Suites property. Final expenses will be based upon actual documented costs, plus any lost income
